We’re looking for professional and dependable Banquet/Convention Center Servers to join our team and help deliver exceptional event experiences.

Position Summary:
The Banquet/Convention Center Server is responsible for providing high-quality service during events, including setup, service, and breakdown. This role ensures guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at banquets, meetings, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
• Provide attentive and courteous service to event guests
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events
• Assist with event breakdown and room reset
• Communicate effectively with team members and event coordinators
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or serving experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible, on-call schedules based on event needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
